I suppose I’m going to get a lot of commentary from almost everyone involved, but the thing is – I don’t trust strangers.
Some people love to have high expectations of what a stranger will do for them, but I don’t! In fact, there’s only one kind of stranger that I’m willing to trust enough to let them into my home.
That would be a plumber, a mechanic, or a heating and air conditioner repair professional. See, I’m love this only because I can trust someone who’s working to fix what is mine. A few weeks ago, for example, my home’s heating and cooling system started showing some significant signs of wear and tear. The system would cycle on and off pretty quickly, and the ventilation system seemed to have something dead or dying in it – it was a moldy smell, which I knew couldn’t be good, however before long, my wifey began hounding me to call a professional that can come and perform the necessary cleanup! I looked online to see if there were any local heating and repair techs who offered emergency services. Thankfully, most if not all of them did, so I knew I could get someone in this month if I needed it! It’s a great thing my wifey had me call the company for an emergency visit, too. When the Heating and Air Conditioning professional arrived, he performed his inspection and got the system tuned back up, however not only that, although he took care of the ductlabor system and found numerous rodents! That entirely explained the aroma. All of us just needed a pest control guy to drop by now, and our lake up-to-date home would have great air quality once again.
