I have a lot of reasons for wanting to have a ductless HVAC system in my home.
I no longer need to worry about where I put my furniture, or more importantly, I am able to put my carpeting down and not have it interfere with the air vents. Since I have a ductless HVAC system, I no longer need to look at ugly ductwork hanging in my basement or interfering with my walls and ceilings. I also like that I don’t have to dust nearly as often. When you don’t have ductwork, there are less ways for dust to get into your house. Of course, there is always the natural dust that occurs, but there isn’t anything you can do to get rid of that. I like that the ductless HVAC system we use can also be used for radiant heated flooring. That makes it nice to know if I even want to get rid of cold feet in the winter. Our ductless heating means that there is less maintenance. You don’t have to change the air filters or even call an HVAC company to come out and do regular maintenance. I could go on and on as to why I prefer a ductless HVAC but the fact is that I don’t like the heating I get from a traditional heating system. The heating is much less work and it is also easier much steadier. I will keep my ductless heating system and if you are looking for something that is easy to use and has good heating, I would recommend that you get a boiler heater just like I have.
