When you wake up without any heat it is a single of the worst things that can happen. My friends plus I rent a nice lake house together. Two of us have to pay more money so the people I was with and I can have rooms of our own. The other many people sleep in the residing room, but in return they pay only a small portion of the rental fees. It has always worked out entirely well. My friends plus I get along like family plus the people I was with and I enjoyed a lot of the same activities. None of us like to drink, but the people I was with and I all appreciate recreational marijuana smoking. It’s nice to live with people who are like-minded, because I never have to worry; Even though smoking recreational marijuana is legal in this state, some people will complain. It was a pretty big deal for my friends plus I to get a place together. So far, the people I was with and I have only had one single major issue since renting the apartment. Last month, the people I was with and I woke up late one afternoon plus the heat was off. I thought it was weird when I put my feet on the floor plus it was like a sheet of ice. The temperature control confirmed my worst fear. It was truly clear to my roommates plus I that the furnace was not entirely working. I called the lake house manager so they would send someone to repair the heat. The lake house manager did not answer the iphone for 5 minutes. When I finally got him on the iphone, he asked us if the people I was with and I tried to fix up the complication yet. None of my friends plus I have any knowledge about anything related to heating or air-conditioning, so of course the people I was with and I would not try to repair the problem. I know the landlord was trying to save himself some money, but I am thrilled that he finally called an HVAC professional.
