I am a comic book freak to tell you the truth.
I have been into comic books since I was a little kid.Now that I am an adult, I am into them even more! Call me childish, however there is a lot of money to be made in comic book collecting, especially some of the antique copies I have from way back when I was a kid! This is why I go to comic book conventions around the country, to buy and sell comic books. The last convention I went to was cut short by a half of afternoon because it was the middle of the summer, and the central heating and a/c unit in the venue they were holding the convention at broke down! The central heating and a/c unit in this venue had to have been a commercial heating and cooling unit due to the size of this convention center it was being held in. When the a/c unit broke down, there was an announcement over the loudspeaker that the convention would be closing down due to the serious heat outside and the fact that there would be no air conditioning throughout the building. It was a major bummer as I didn’t even have a chance to buy or sell anything that afternoon. But on the upside, they refunded everyone’s money who paid to go to the convention. I hope this Summer when I go back to this same convention center, that they have fully a working a/c with no unexpected problems!
