I just found out that the owners of the club that I was going to do our show at both have Covid. Now we need to postpone it for another week while they salvage. I was so looking forward to having some fun with our fellow artists this Sunday evening but oh well. Life is all about patience is not it? I guess maybe we could do something outside on the paseo that runs along the beach but the weather is so cold I don’t think if anyone would come to it. Maybe we will just hunker down for a week. The arena is entirely cozy with its space furnaces that glow yellow near the tables. They have a nice sound system too so it’s just a wonderful ambiance in the arena for open mic shows. I think I will go down there & sit by the space furnaces & drink a budweiser this Sunday. Maybe I can help them with the sound system tune up for the next show. I think that they are planning on buying some current radiant furnaces for the outside patio, so maybe we can hang out there. I entirely enjoy this club & think that we can do some fun shows there on a regular basis. For now though, we will just have to relax & make a fire in the fireplace in the back of the club & talk about future shows. I entirely miss performing but need to just chill out while the owners salvage from the virus. Maybe they should sit in a boiling sauna or heat up in a nice jacuzzi to sweat out the virus.
