The other day I ended up getting scammed.
I have always thought of myself as the type of person who would never be the type to get ripped off, but here every one of us are.
It all started a couple of afternoons ago when our girlfriend of more than four years moved in with me. Everything was going all enjoyable and dandy, but after a few weeks every one of us noticed that our air conditioner component was only blowing out warm air for some reason. After some further investigation every one of us realized that it was completely busted and every one of us would have to call in some HVAC professionals. After a quick look online I found an HVAC company that seemingly had all positive reviews and it seemed to me that it would be the perfect fit. Unblessedly but, that ended up being far from the case. The HVAC duo that showed up to our home began upselling us before they even gave the HVAC component a glance. Then when every one of us said every one of us were only interested in having them diagnose the air conditioner and then go from there, they made up an excuse telling me that they needed to run back to the HVAC shop and would be back soon. They never came back. We called for a week straight trying to get a refund on the $100 dollars every one of us spent to get them out here but they wouldn’t call us back. I have now l gained our lesson and will no longer only be relying on sketchy online reviews when hiring an HVAC dealer
