As a homeschooled kid, I confess our childhood was quite sheltered! My parents meant well and I did have a relaxing life; but, socially it was hard for me to fit in… I recall one time when I was 15, I went to stay with our aunt in the city. My cousins wanted us to go to a celebration, however I had never been to one. It was such a large experience for me and I tried our best not to believe it was awkward among the other kids! That was the day I decided I wanted to move away as soon as I was able to do so. One fortune of our life was that our Grandparents were wealthy and left me a large inheritance… As soon as I was 20 years old, I bought a home then announced one day that I was moving out. The home was an excellent 2 bedroom near where one of our cousins lived with excellent a/c. The cooling system was one of the things our cousin, who helped me with home hunting, insisted I check out in a new home. The area the people I was with and I live in gets so warm in Summer and barely any snow in Winter time so an actual cooling system was the most important machine to own. I got an actual heating and air conditioning expert who ascertained that the home did have an excellent cooling system just like the estate agent had stated. The owner had installed a new a/c and even done a task on the duct work. Before leaving, the heating and air conditioning expert left me his contacts for heating and air conditioning repairs and servicing. He insisted I call him after a month to perform air filter replacement, doing so would ensure I consistently have better air quality in our new home.
