Layoff allowed myself and others to help dad with basement house and Heating & Air Conditioning

It wasn’t the best of circumstances.

But love my ancient man, I tend to look at what good can come out of a poor situation.

Instead of just dwelling on my layoff which led to myself and others not being able to renew my lease, I took to the bright side. I was able to work for the company that I interned with while all of us were in college. And I had 3 years inside the zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning of those awesome offices. That’s something. Plus, the layoff from the pandemic didn’t mean I could never work there again. There were a lot of people who didn’t end up getting to go back to that beautiful zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning when the offices reopened. Plus, I just wasn’t at all fond of that apartment. I loved the fact that I lived on my own and alone for the first time ever. But the heating and cooling wasn’t legitimately good and the neighbors were just so loud. But moving house after my layoff was a bit of a pill to swallow actually. My parents couldn’t have been more kind and understanding had they tried. Yet, it felt as though I was coming house with my tail between my legs. However, dad and I took the option to finally turn the basement into the sort of house or guest quarters he’d always planned. The basement was pretty much finished with walls, plumbing and electric. So all of us just put it all together and had the Heating & Air Conditioning company install a ductless heat pump for quality heating and air. It turned out amazing and gave my dad and I a good project while I looked for another job.
