You can learn so much about remodeling a home. You learn what was a mistake plus what worked out the best. I have remodeled every single room in my home except for our main lavatory. It is the last room standing. I am preparing to finish the remodeling. I just love my home. The new lavatory is going to be amazing because of all I have l gained. I am not going to change the entire layout. That is always a recipe for ruin. I also am going to use materials that I have saved over the years. I have leftover bricks from the other lavatory. I saved drywall from when I redid the kitchen. I even have the old lights that I bought on a deal a long time ago. One thing I am going to add is heated flooring though. I made a mistake in not adding radiant heating to my whole house. I redid all the flooring except for the lavatories. I then realized how frigid brick floors recognize in the winter. When I redid the master lavatory I nixed heated flooring due to cost. I regretted it again. This time the main lavatory is getting the heating system. I am saving currency in other locations so I can afford it. It also will supply myself and others an opportunity to find out if I like the heating system. I can test it out in my small lavatory plus then see if years down the road if I would like my whole home to have it. I guess I am going to love this system. It is quiet, efficient plus doesn’t pollute the indoor air quality. What is not to like?
