What is high velocity AC? It is a better way to keep the home cold. I am a single woman in her 50s. I am going through menopause and it just won’t quit. I get hot flashes frequently throughout the day and even more at night. I am struggling with insomnia due to being so hot. The ductwork for this system is half the size of a normal one. Instead of bulky, metal ducts, it is a flexible bendy pipe that gets fitted into the home. A lot of older homes without existing ductwork end up using this system. It creates less mess and damage. It is also easier on the home installation wise. The way the cooling system works is much better too. The air quickly whips around the home and lowers the temperature faster. I no longer sit around sweating and waiting to be cool.
