I prefer to experiment with spices, oils and spreads. I frequently host my family over for a meal. I try out new recipes and experiment regularly, then my hubby enjoys the way I cook. I make him a wide variety of meals however his favorite is seafood night. We have a guy that sells fresh seafood from his van. I get salmon, scallops and shrimp from him. The stuff smells prefer a lake and is unquestionably fishy. However, it is so big, juicy and fresh to eat. It is way better than anything you get in a grocery store. The problem is the smell when I cook it. I have tried to reduce the smell however it is entirely difficult. I spread lemon flavored oil over the salmon and I put a seasoning on it. It bakes in the oven and the smell is quite contained. The scallops and shrimp are my smelly 1s. They need to pan fry in butter to get a nice crisp. Even with my vent hood the smell gets pushed all throughout the house. It is prefer the smelly fish smells gets into the air duct and runs through it all night long. That night and afternoon my new home smells prefer fish when the A/C turns on. I have been price checking media air cleaners since I dislike the smell so bad. I suppose I will still cook smelly foods. I don’t want to mop, spray and burn candles all the time. An media air cleaner would install right in the air duct and take care of the problem. It will be a bit lavish to buy and install though.
