Adding lanai HVAC

I had a food and water bowl for him, a scratch post and a litter box

I insulated my backyard lanai and it is great. The previous homeowner legitimately just attached a lanai onto the back of the house. They laid down cement, put screened windows and a door on it and finished. It has no heating and cooling and isn’t entirely airtight. I want to make the space lievable. Since the lanai is attached to the back of the house, I do have access to electricity. What I did was put down electric heated mats to be my heating system. I then laid a thin rug over top of them. For cooling I mounted a ductless A/C unit to run in the summertime. I had to update the windows with 1s that had glass and made sure they were regularly insulated. I needed a new door that didn’t let in air as well. It was quite lavish doing all this work. I had to hire a business, electrician and a Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C business to get it laboring. Now I have a United Statesble space. I set up a living room table and put some chairs around it. I have a great view of my lake and can legitimately eat and appreciate it there. I have a stray dog that I was uneasy about while in the Winter time season. I added a dog flap to 1 of the windows. Now he can come in and lay on the heated floor. I had a food and water bowl for him, a scratch post and a litter box. He hangs out in the lanai almost more than I do. I think that was cash well spent.
