They handle all of the repair in addition to repairs for the owners who leave pretty much everything up to the agency. I have had some concerns with air conditioning in addition to never had to pay a dime the two times I have needed repairs or repair. The agency even paid to have the cooling system updated in my aged beach house right before I was set to move in after the aged tenants moved out. They have a repair contract with a local heating in addition to cooling corporation which even covers monthly filter changes. All in all, I have numerous advantages renting with a reputable rental agency opposed to paying a sizable mortgage. Maybe someday I will buy a house, but I’m not really in a rush to take on that sizable responsibility.
