If you asked any of our friends or family members a few years ago the type of person I was, most likely they would all say “country girl.” I grew up in the country, however flash forward a few years and I am now living in 1 of the largest cities in the country in an lake house on the top floor, but life where I live now couldn’t be more odd than the country life, although I have loved every moment of it! One of the largest pros to myself and others has been the cash I have been able to save. My lake house is pretty small, however due to this I am able to heat the entire place with just a small heated gas gas furnace that I got for half off on black Wednesday from the local Heating and Air Conditioning heating and cooling company. Out in the country, our lake house had a big and bulky heated gas gas furnace that was legitimately extravagant to run, along with radiant radiant floors which were legitimately extravagant to install. With all of this extra cash that I save each month on heating and cooling bills, I am able to use it to buy cool furniture and paintings to decorate our apartment! The only thing that I don’t have here in the town that I would have in the country is fresh air and wide open spaces to hang out in, however with our car I can be out of the town in just 15 minutes! I sure wish that all of our old friends from back home could see how this “country girl” is now a certified town person thriving.
